An exploration of the weight carried by those who cannot say no. This project maps the psychological toll of people-pleasing, contrasting the erosion caused by perpetual "yes" with the preservation offered by "no." Presented as two visually opposing guidebooks, the work uses distinct graphic languages and layouts to make visible what happens to a person when they disappear into others' needs.
